1. What if I need to exchange the size?
Not a problem! All items are exchangeable, including the free gifts. Just fill out the enclosed form, be sure to send back the garments you are exchanging, and we will send you the new size at no extra charge.
2. Shipping vs. Handling vs. Processing?
Shipping and Handling covers just the cost to ship the actual item.
Processing covers the small cost of sorting, sizing, packaging and quality control.
3. I thought the additional garments were free?
They are free... you are only paying the actual processing and handling charges that are needed, for a total of only $9.95 per garment. This covers the cost of sorting, sizing, packaging, and quality control to assure you the best service.
4. Can I mix and match sizes?
The only items that are able to mix and match sizing are between the tops and bottoms. Example: you may be a size 5 in the tops but your shorts may be a size 4, however all tops and Cami sizing must be the same.
5. What if I want to return my product?
If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the New Body Shaper Top within 30 days for a refund less the shipping and handling charges, and go ahead and keep any additional items you may have ordered.
6. If I return it, do I get to keep the free gifts as stated on the TV show?
You sure do! Just return the top, and keep all the free gifts you ordered. However, remember if it is a sizing problem, please call customer service as they can help you get the right size. We know you will love the New Body Shapers.
7. Can I TRY it first?

Top: 90% Polyester, 10% Spandex
Shorts: 85% Nylon, 15% Spandex
9. Is it washable?
All garments are machine washable in warm water, with like colors. Do not bleach. Lay flat to dry, low iron if needed.
10. Will the product shrink?
No, the New Body Shaper is pre-shrunk, but we do recommend you air dry it like you would pantyhose.
11. What if I receive Damaged product?
Please return the product to the address on your packing list and a new shipment will be sent upon receipt and verification of order. NO REFUNDS will be given without returned product.
12. Can I wear the New Bottom Shaper without underwear?
Yes, the Bottom Shapers have a cotton gusset so you can wear it in place of underwear and, best of all, no visible panty lines.
13. How far above the waist does the bottom go?
The shorts, depending on the body type, can rest on the waist line or go all the way under your bust. This material is a lot stretcher than the top material so there is a lot more give. There really isn't a right or wrong for this, its more for comfort. Some women want the extra coverage so they like the shorts to go under the bust, other women are only wearing the shorts to remove underwear lines so they are fine with the shorts resting on their waist line.
14. How far below the waist does the top go?
The top should rest on your hips. It's ok if it's a little higher, but it should not go below the hips.
15. Is the New Body Shaper Hot to Wear?
The New Body Shaper tops and bottoms are comfortable to wear even in hot weather. They do not trap body heat.
16. Will my Cami size be the same as my New Body Shaper size?
Yes, we will be sending you the same size and color you ordered your New Body Shaper in. So your Cami will fit perfectly!
17. What material are the Cami Straps made of?
The Cami straps are made of TPU plastic (Thermoplastic Polyurethane). This is commonly the material used in other clear bra straps. They are very durable, and comfortable.
